Join us at our free workshop on How to Eat Healthy During the Holidays!

During Thanksgiving and the winter holidays, it can be a challenge to maintain healthy eating and exercise habits to look and feel your best.

Lisa Dahl, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, will lead a discussion on how to eat healthy, while still enjoying yourself, at your favorite restaurants and holiday parties. Learn how to decode restaurant menus, eat well at social gatherings and how to make your meals healthier.

You will learn valuable skills that will be easy to share with your friends and family, and how to’s for creating a healthy relationship with food and fitness that will last a lifetime.

– Value the power of real food to increase energy
– Understand hunger and fullness, and the value of eating slowly
– Learn about emotional hunger vs physical hunger
