This is because while starting a healthier diet can be easy, maintaining it for the long run can be challenging, even downright hard since multiple factors like discipline, stress, fatigue, cravings, mood swings and hormonal imbalances come into play.

In fact, it’s a common issue for many and is one of the biggest hurdles that people who want to lose weight face. So how do you maintain your healthy diet?

Understand your body

It’s your body, and learning what works for it and what doesn’t will help you tailor your diet to better suit it. Don’t let it crave as well since this would slow down your metabolic processes.
