1 She Loves A Good Wake Surf

In this caption, Pink wrote: “I always wondered why God gave me thunder thighs. It’s cause he knew I’d use them.” (Yesss, girl.) And what’s she using them for here? Wake surfing, of course. Pink and her fam are always down for spending some serious time on the water.

2 She’s Got A Killer Coach

In case you missed it on her IG, Pink has a pretty stellar relationship with her fitness coach Jeanette Jenkins. “Alecia is one of the hardest working women I’ve ever met,” Jeanette said about Pink in an Instagram caption. “When we first started training she was shooting a movie, recording a new album, learning how to be a new mom, working on getting her body back into top condition so she could deliver her fans an incredible tour.”

Now, she and Pink do cardio-sculpt classes together on the reg, and her workouts have been a staple for the singer forever.

3 She’s A Total Yogi

As you can see, Pink is very much a seasoned yogi. In this video she looks strong AF, holding up her kiddo while doing the insanely hard crow pose. (Which can take, ahem, years to master.)

4 She’s Got A Strong Tennis Game

In this caption Pink summed up her love of the game with this simple statement: “Tennis is my favorite season.” She and her S.O. love tennis so much that they even dressed as tennis legends Billie Jean King and John McEnroe one time. And ICYMI, the singer has called Billie her “personal hero,” too.

5 She’s A Literal Aerial Gymnast

If you’ve seen any of Pink’s live performances, you’ll know that she can literally sing for an audience while also doing the splits while suspended on ropes high above the crowd (NBD!). Only someone with major athletic chops could pull off such a feat.

6 Biking Is A Must

Yep, this performer literally does it all. In this pic she writes: “We ride! 32 miles today and I’m still standing.” Casual! If there’s anything people can learn from Pink, it’s that she won’t say no to any kind of physical activity.

7 She Builds Muscle Like No Other

Pink values building muscle over everything, which is why she dedicated the caption of this gym selfie to express just that sentiment: “Would you believe I’m 160 pounds and 5’3″? By ‘regular standards’ that makes me obese. I know I’m not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don’t feel obese. The only thing I’m feeling is myself.”

Most importantly, though? Pink says it’s crucial to “stay off that scale ladies!”

8 She Trusts Her Body And Values Strength

Pink remembers going to a fitting years ago, thinking she looked bigger than her usual size, and not wanting to wear anything that showed off her new figure, she said in an interview with Billboard. “I was so thin. That’s what we do to ourselves, and we should stop it,” she said. “And now I’m almost 150 pounds, and I look f*cking awesome.”

These days, Pink’s fully embraced her muscular, strong physique.
