Preparing this home remedy is very simple. To make neem juice-

  • Take a handful of fresh neem leaves and wash them thoroughly under running water.
  • Put neem leaves in a blender and add 1 cup of water to it.
  • Process the ingredients until the mixture looks smooth.
  • Strain the juice using a clean muslin cloth.
  • You can also add a dash of honey and lemon juice to make your drink of neem juice more palatable (optional).
  • Serve immediately.

You may drink neem juice twice daily to help reduce the symptoms of dengue. You must always talk to a doctor before self-treating yourself with neem juice or any other herbal remedy. Neem is possibly unsafe when taken orally in large doses or for long periods of time.
