Extract the pulp from aloe vera leaves or stalk and rub it into your hair. Keep massaging in circular motions. Leave it in the hair for about 15 minutes before you rinse it off. The presence of sulphur in onion makes it a great remedy for hair loss. The sulphur content improves blood circulation to the hair follicles and promotes hair growth. Leave it for about 30 minutes, and then rinse it off with cold water. Repeat this once a week to see the difference.

Take 7-8 beetroot leaves and boil it in water till the water reduces to half its quantity. Apply the mixture to your hair once its cold. Leave it for 20 minutes before you rinse it off. Repeat this twice every week.

Soak 2-3 bags of green tea in one-two cups of hot water depending on the length of your hair. When it cools, pour it on your scalp and hair. Gently massage it and rinse it with cold water after an hour. Repeat it twice a week for desired results.

Boil the dried amla with coconut oil till the oil becomes black. Let it cool down and then massage your hair. Leave it for 20 minutes. Repeat this twice a week for results.

Greek yogurt is called the natural conditioner for the hair. It contains vitamin B5 and proteins, which are highly beneficial for your hair. Honey has antibacterial properties, which prevents your hair from damage. Take a bowl; add two tablespoons of greek yogurt, one tablespoon of lemon and honey. Fenugreek seeds help in rebuilding hair follicles and enhance hair growth. It is one of the most effective remedies to stop hair fall. Soak methi seeds overnight. Grind the seeds the next morning to make a paste. Apply this paste on your hair from root to tip. Leave it for about 40 minutes and then rinse it off using cold water.

Eggs are rich in sulphur, phosphorus, selenium, iodine, zinc and protein, which together promote healthy hair. Break open two eggs in a bowl and separate the yolks from the egg white. Mix the egg white thoroughly till you get a thick and even consistency. Apply the mask to your hair using a hair dye brush. Leave it for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off with cool water.
